Shipping policy

This store is owned and operated by Doodley (David Oneacre) with shipping fulfillment operated by Jellybox Animation Studio. We try to process orders every day and send them within a timely fashion. If you are located within the United States, our intent is for you to receive your order within at least a week. For international orders, you may be waiting 4 or more weeks to receive your order.

We use USPS to ship all orders and do not offer UPS or Fedex at this time. If you have an issue with the delivery of your order, such as if your package is lost or stolen, you may need to contact USPS for help.

For international orders, we use Pirate Ship Simple Export Rate, which uses USPS to repackage your order before sending it internationally. After your package leaves the United States, it is up to your country's postal service to deliver it, and we can't be responsible for what happens to it after that point.
